First step, tell me about your business and your brand. What makes your business competitive? Who are your customers? What are your business goals? What are you looking to achieve through digital marketing? Have you done any marketing before? What has worked and what hasn’t worked?

#2. Competitor Research & Keyword Targeting

Once I understand your business and your goals we can then do some market research on your top competitors. I review their marketing strategies and determine what it will take to compete on their level. From this research I can determine a Keyword Targeting Strategy and a Content Marketing Strategy to compete for top spots on Google.

#3. Website Design & Landing Page Creation

Every website design is done by me personally. I develop 100% mobile friendly, search engine optimized, lead generating websites. The latest and greatest technologies are used and kept up to date. Just like with your business, the goals are long term growth and sustainability. 

#4. Gain Exposure, Generate Traffic, Convert to Leads

Upon completion of your website I submit it to all major search engines, create your Online Business Listings, and setup Review Platforms (ie. Google My Business, HomeStars ect). This is also where we begin tracking leads and executing your Content Marketing Strategy.

#5. Nurture Leads to Customers (Get Reviews, Referrals, & Retain Engagement)

Gaining positive reviews and feedback is an important part of your digital marketing strategy and the growth of your business. I implement a seamless strategy that automates the process of getting positive reviews, feedback, referrals, and keeps communication channels open with previous customers.

#6. Review Key Metrics & Report

Small business marketing without tracking metrics forces you to make blind marketing choices. This is BAD practice. I personally review your website traffic, leads, blog comments, customer reviews, and search engine rankings AND set up this same tracking information on your smart phone. This way you can directly see your marketing spends effect on your business goals and we can make informed marketing choices.
